These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZippyMap's services, including our mobile application and website. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using ZippyMap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Developer. Your continued use of ZippyMap after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All users must provide accurate information via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Service Providers
Service Providers are responsible for the quality of services they provide and the accuracy of their shared location when active on the platform.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, provide false information, harass other users, or use the platform for any illegal purposes. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Developer provides a platform for connection between users seeking services and service providers offering those services. The Developer acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreements or transactions between users.
The Developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect interactions, transactions, or disputes between Users and Service Providers. Users interact at their own risk and should exercise appropriate caution.

ZippyMap does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Service Providers. Users are responsible for verifying the credentials and qualifications of Service Providers before engaging their services.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community standards, engage in fraudulent activities, or otherwise misuse the platform.
Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to: providing false information, harassment of other users, violation of these Terms, or any activity that may harm the platform or its users.
User Rights
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Account termination will result in the deletion of your personal data from our active systems.
